Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the LEXION mobile application ("App") operated by Lexion IELTS Coach ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

LEXION is an IELTS preparation tool intended for personal, non-commercial use. By using the App, you agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the App or its content
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the App or its related systems

Subscriptions

LEXION offers optional Pro subscriptions that unlock premium features including AI essay evaluation, OCR scanning, and advanced analytics.

Important subscription terms:

• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID Settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, in accordance with Apple's policies

No Guarantee of Results

LEXION is a study aid and does not guarantee any specific IELTS band score or outcome. AI-generated feedback is provided for guidance and self-improvement purposes only, and does not constitute an official IELTS assessment or endorsement by the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the most recent billing period. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly. If you have a dispute:

• First, contact us by email at lexioncoach@gmail.com for informal resolution
• If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration
• All disputes are governed by the laws of Ghana

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users at least 30 days before any material changes take effect by posting a notice in the App. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
